RIDE PLAN

Day 1 (Jan 22 Night – Jan 23): Chennai to Calicut

Start from Chennai at 11:00 PM. Overnight highway ride via Dindivanam, Salem, Coimbatore & Palakkad.

Reach Travlounge, Palakkad by 8:00 AM for freshening up and 3 hrs rest.

Resume at 12:00 PM and reach Calicut by 4:00–5:00 PM via NH966 through Western Ghats.

Evening at Kozhikode Beach / Beypore, S.M. Street & Mananchira Square.

Day 2 (Jan 24): Calicut – Kakkayam – Muzhappilangad – Kannur

Start at 8:00 AM. Visit Kakkayam Dam.

Post lunch, ride to Muzhappilangad Drive-in Beach for sunset.

Reach Kannur by 8:00 PM.

Evening Theyyam performance and overnight stay.

Day 3 (Jan 25): Kannur Sightseeing Loop

Kannur → Paithalmala → Parassinikkadavu Muthappan Temple → St. Angelo Fort → Beach House.

Day 4 (Jan 26): Kannur to Chennai

Start early after breakfast.

Route via Wayanad – Mysore – Bangalore – Hosur – Krishnagiri – Vellore – Chennai.

Lunch near Mysore. Late night / early morning arrival on Jan 27.

Route: Vandalur (Kalyan Grand) → Dindivanam → Ulundurpet → Aathur → Erode → Coimbatore (Onapalayam)
Start Time: ⏰ 5:00 AM sharp

• Early Morning Ride Start from Vandalur – assemble at Kalyan Grand.

• Short Breaks at Dindivanam and Ulundurpet.

• Breakfast Stop at A2B, Aathur.

• Continue via Salem and Erode.

• Lunch Halt: After crossing Erode, the location will be decided based on progress.

• Reach Onapalayam (Coimbatore outskirts) by 6:00 PM.

• Check in to a scenic stay nestled at the Marudamalai foothills.

• Depart by 9:00 AM after an optional temple visit.

• Breakfast en route between Coimbatore and Palakkad.

• Reach Nelliampathi base by 1:00 PM.

  • Park motorcycles at the designated point arranged by the resort.

  • Board off-road jeeps to the hilltop property – bikes & cars not permitted on this terrain.

  • En route jeep ride includes sightseeing stops – waterfalls, viewpoints, and forest routes.

• Reach the resort by evening, settle in with tea & snacks.

• Evening: Campfire dinner and prepare for a Night Forest Safari – a thrilling chance to spot wildlife under the stars.

• Overnight stay at a vintage bungalow-style hill resort.

Day 3 – 13th July, Sunday

Route: Nelliampathi → Pollachi → Erode → Salem → Ulundurpet → Chennai

• After a relaxed morning breakfast, check out from the resort.

• Jeep transfer back to the base parking area.

• Begin the return ride via Pollachi–Erode–Salem–Ulundurpet.

• Multiple breaks en route for refreshments and food.

• Estimated arrival back in Chennai: late evening.
